What is the procedure of deposit and withdrawal of funds at ONEBID?
We strictly follow the KYC (Know your customer) process, so you need to make sure your account is verified and validated. To do this, you must provide a copy of your passport or ID and a copy of a document confirming your registration address. These documents must be uploaded in the relevant section of the Personal Area. Once your documents have been verified, you will be notified that the verification process has been successfully completed.
Please note that we only work with official accounts of our clients that were created personally by them. Funds from third party accounts are not accepted and are not withdrawn to third party accounts. This is necessary for security and fraud prevention purposes.
The process of depositing or withdrawing funds usually takes from 30 minutes to 2 business days. The Company is not responsible for the delays in the processing of deposits and withdrawals if such delays are caused by the payment system.
Funds transfers made in a currency other than the currency of the trading account will be automatically converted to your account currency, which may incur additional costs. Please take this information into account when planning your transfers.

Depositing via Help2Pay

Go to your Personal Area on the ONEBID website, find the “Deposit” section.

Select the Help2Pay payment system from the list of available deposit methods and click “Confirm”.

Fill in the form. Specify where the funds will be sent, to a wallet or to a trading account, indicate the amount and select the currency of the transfer. Click “Continue”.

Next, you will be asked to select your bank to complete the deposit, or select a crypto network in case you deposit through crypto.

Log in to your online bank page or crypto wallet and follow the instructions to complete the transfer.

Wait for confirmation of the transfer from ONEBID by email and check your Personal Area to make sure that the deposit was successful.

Depositing via Visa/Mastercard

Go to your Personal Area on the ONEBID website, find the “Deposit” section.

Select Visa/Mastercard payment method from the list of available deposit methods and click “Confirm”.

Fill in the form. Specify where the funds will be sent, to a wallet or to a trading account, indicate the amount and select the currency of the transfer. Click “Continue”.

A new deposit request will be created waiting for you to complete the transaction in the payment system. Click “Continue”.

You will be asked to fill in the form with the card data to complete the deposit. Click “Pay”.

Wait for confirmation of the transfer from ONEBID by email and check your Personal Area to make sure that the deposit was successful.

A new deposit request will be created waiting for you to complete the transaction in your Perfect Money wallet. Click “Continue”.

Log in to your Perfect Money wallet and follow the instructions to complete the transfer.

Wait for confirmation of the transfer from ONEBID by email and check your Personal Area to make sure that the deposit was successful.

Depositing with Cryptocurrency

Go to your Personal Area on the ONEBID website, find the “Deposit” section.

Choose your preferred cryptocurrency to fund your account, click “Confirm”.

Fill in the form. Specify where the funds will be sent, to a wallet or to a trading account, indicate the amount and select the currency of the transfer. Click “Continue”.

A new deposit request will be created waiting for you to complete the transaction in your crypto wallet.

You will see a unique crypto wallet address. Copy it and go to your crypto wallet. Make a transaction and wait for the confirmation.

Wait for the ONEBID deposit notification email and check your Personal Area to make sure the deposit was successful.

Processing time depends on the operation of the blockchain network, but, as a rule, it takes no more than 1 hour.

ONEBID does not charge any fees when crediting funds transferred using this method. Your crypto wallet may charge a fee. It is very important to send exactly the amount of funds indicated by the payment system, increased by the amount of commission charged by the crypto wallet.

Maximum transaction limit: USD 15 000 (USDT, BTC, ETH), USD 5 000 (TRX)

Withdrawing funds via Help2Pay

Go to your Personal Area on the ONEBID website, find the “Withdraw” section.

Select the Help2Pay payment system from the list of available withdrawal methods and click “Confirm”.

Fill in the form. Specify from where the funds will be debited, from a wallet or from a trading account, indicate the amount and select the currency. Click “Continue”.

Next, you will be asked to select your bank, enter the recipient’s account name and beneficiary’s account number, and click “Confirm”.

A new withdrawal request will be created waiting for you to confirm it through the email confirmation sent to your Inbox. You just need to click on the link and confirm the transaction.

Processing time: from 30 minutes to 2 business days.

Commission: 2%

A new withdrawal request will be created waiting for you to confirm it through the email confirmation sent to your Inbox. You just need to click on the link and confirm the transaction.

Your funds will be sent to your Perfect Money wallet from which you funded your account earlier.

A new withdrawal request will be created waiting for you to confirm it through the email confirmation sent to your Inbox. You just need to click on the link and confirm the transaction.

ONEBID does not charge any fees when withdrawing funds using this method. The payment system may charge its own commission. Check this information with your payment system.
